liveBREATHEyoga is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while attending a class instructed by our company. Clients understand that classes instructed by liveBREATHEyoga instructors may be physically strenuous and voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Clients agree that neither they, their heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against liveBREATHEyoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Registration & Purchase
To register or purchase from liveBREATHEyoga's online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age and must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Payment for Products & Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollar at the time of payment. liveBREATHEyoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies
Contract Terms & Conditions
All services purchased from liveBREATHEyoga must be preceded by the client acknowledging, by way of completing a PAR-q form, that s/he has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All clients under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. Furthermore, all clients release liveBREATHEyoga, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. When purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the client agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Public Classes - Clients who purchase memberships and class cards are able to reserve spaces online up to one hour before the class begins and may cancel their reservation up to one hour before the class begins. Any cancellations after this time will be deducted from the client's account.
Group Classes, Private Classes and Workshops - 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a single session. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be deducted from the client's account.
